Family was in need of emergent services as I have small children and hot water is a priority. Our tankless water heater was not igniting and needed... to have a part replaced and service, unbeknownst to me. I contacted Rheem and was referred multiple references. The first one I called, auto rejected the call, however, a text was received. I responded and the conversation generated from there. I was informed service would transpire on Tuesday, but I stressed the desperation in my daughter’s care and my toddler’s needs. With that being said, same day appointment was scheduled. It took a bit of time and that was fine. Job completed and I could NOT be more elated! Highly recommend! The tech they sent out was astounding! His attitude, demeanor, his courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism was expertise. I’m known for leaving bad reviews when they’re deserved. This business deserves all of the kudos! Keep up the good work! Be sure to inform your employees how good they are. The tech that was sent out put the icing on the cake with my experience here. I’ll be having annual services as long as I remain a tenant in this home. Thanks for coming out to help my family!read more

We reviewed TANKLESS... WATER HEATER REPAIR & PLUMBING Co. a few years back when Daniel was called to service our generation 1 Noritz tankless water heater (8 y/o). Since the first visit we have used him exclusively to perform maintenance and repair. We decided his year we needed to upgrade to the Noritz second-generation unit, which is better built, better quality parts, better manufacturing quality control plus added features. Daniel’s bid was very competitive plus we knew we would be getting a quality installation and reliable follow-up. Like in the past, Daniel WILL NOT disappoint.

My Noritz tankless water heater showed code 66 with nukewarm temperature. I called this company and Daniel and his assistant came out and diagnosed... it on the spot. He even contacted Noritz on speaker phone and verified the needed parts. He is the owner and gave me great price much better than other large company. The job was done three days later after the parts arrived to his company and I watched the whole process. They really knew what they were doing and the heater is now working good as new. I highly recommend this owner operated company for all your tankless water heater needs.read more

Our tankless water heater was acting up, randomly going on and off. I called tankless out of their normal business hours around 9pm Sunday with the... intention of just leaving a message on their answering machine to my surprise someone answered and was able to schedule an appointment.
Daniel knew exactly what was wrong and explained in detail what needs to be done to fix the issue. Daniel was not only detailed and informative but he treats you like family. Overall rating exceeds excellence / expectations.

I found this company on Yelp & contacted them based on their reviews. We were quoted by another company to replace our current tankless water heater... & I wanted a second opinion. Jessica took my info over the phone, had me text her pics of our tankless hookup & emailed a quote that came in over a $1000 less than we were quoted. We’d been without hot water for 4 days.. They scheduled us for the following day after 4:00. The technician was running late due to traffic but they assured me he was coming, I just knew they’d be calling to tell me it was going to be postponed to the next day, but instead Jessica told me he was still on his way. He showed up after 6:00 & worked until after 9:30 to have us up & running with hot water again!!!! We were so grateful we were not charged any additional fees for the late hour & how they treated our situation as a priority! So professional & all had a great attitude, even at that late hour! I HIGHLY recommend them!!read more
